I have also attempted to make contact several times without a response. I even emailed the link provided as requested but nothing. I sent money in June of 2018. The last i've heard of anything was in June and after that, nothing. We only communicated over on IG and I had to search out to find this Deviantart to know what was even going on or why i was being ignored after i paid.Β
I really loved her art, it just makes me feel sad/bad to be ignored.

Im so sorry ; Ive been waiting since December of 2017 for the orders that we made.Β
I was able to get in contact with them over Email for a while, and they even provided meΒ
with a WIP but since before Christmas ive heard nothing. I thought coming to the profile
would provide us with the ability to get their attention to reply to my email.
But it doesn't look like thats going to happen.
Ive gotten a handfull of commissions from this person before so I never thoughtΒ
they would go into scamming or ghosting like this.

I honestly think it could be anxiety. From the looks of it she seems to have gotten so far backlogged that she is trying her best to make contact while she could before it got to her again. I appreciate the updates we got during the Christmas Holidays. I honestly wouldn't mind the wait as long as i wasn't ignored so many times for so long and was at least replied to once or something.
I came to her because she did a fantastic job on my friends Emotes for his twitch and she was very fast at getting back to him and getting him the art.Β
I honestly don't know whats going on but it makes me really sad.

I suffer from anxiety myself so I totally understand it just feels bad to be ignored
especially since I LOVE their art.

I've been waiting for 11 months. I only ordered a $5 portrait, so I don't have any intentions to neither make a scene about it nor request my money back. But now that I see that other people didn't get their orders too, I'll just add myself to the list of people who didn't get their commission from this person in case someone would find this information useful...Β
