About me: Hi there, nice to meet you. My name is Lily, and yes, I am female! Apparently even harder to believe, I'm actually quite normal. Well... not exactly. Well... a total weirdo. But not in a creepy hermit way; more of a let's geek out, laugh like dolphins, and bake cookies way.

Why I made this account: MLP is simply a sweet break from a very bitter world. Innocence is a beautiful thing that is rare to find in entertainment these days; the appeal for the majority of adult fans is not to corrupt it, but rather to celebrate it. It's healthy for the inner child to have fun and explore its imagination.

My OCs: Lotus and Poppy are tributes to my mother and sister, and Lily is mostly based on myself, with a few changes and a little magic to make her unique. I actually started watching MLP because a friend told me Fluttershy reminded him of me. When we watched it together, I kept laughing because of the silly ways I related to the character. With each new thing we had in common, it became a running joke. "She really is you!" Ah well. Have you met my bunny, Angel?

Oh wow. I... didn't think anyone would even notice! It's been a little while since I checked DA because it's sad when I have nothing to share. But maybe I could write some short stories until I can illustrate again?
