Watching the Cup race at Dover right now; I'll watch pretty much anything with four wheels and an engine if it impresses me (or two wheels if it just happens to be on), but NASCAR's national series are continual favorites, rally is always a beautiful thing, and rallycross is getting my attention lately. A friend of mine is also trying to get me to pay more attention to IndyCar and IMSA, and I'm solidly impressed with both. You?

OMG IM WATCHING THE DOVER RACE TOO!!! I watched Austin Dillon get the win at charlotte on fuel milage and Takuma Sato winning the indy 500 we have SO MUCH in common!

We've got giant Jigglypuffs and racecars going, at least! I was iffy about Dillon's win - not really a fan of the guy - but his genuine enthusiasm and that thrilled crew made up for it.Β

That's the thing with him; like, even if I'm not actively excited when he wins, seeing as he does so a ton, he's a good enough guy to genuinely savor it each time, which I always respect. The full support of one of the best teams in stock-car racing behind a superb driver... well, Larson put it well when he said "he's a seven-time champion for a reason". Congrats!
