Tracing isn't necessary that bad, but it's not alright to upload pieces u trace (even if u change it a little) as yours. I by myself also traced few arts from my fav artists, and it's funny and can help in better knowing style their use, and sometimes it can help u to better know your own style, but u should draw as much your own arts as u can, that will benefit most, maybe try using references? Or just draw whatever ur imagination tell u to? There are many ways u can improve, and trust me, once u can draw something u like, totally by ur own, it will make u the happiest person ever.
