Here is pouring like if clouds had some problems to keep the water inside, maybe they're a bit too old and can't hold it in for too long hehe, I love rain, it's lovely, but streets are collapsing, the river has also been eating streets from below the bridges, so some roads are being closed cause now you can see the river through it

oh usually I just pronounce like any regular English speaker, PA-TRI-SHA, but on occasion I've pronounced it PA-TREE-TSIA (with a French sounding rolled R in TREE) when I want to make it sound more exotic
