-Note me that you have used it, either by sending a note or by commenting on the deviation used.
-You do not need to ask my permission to use my stock pictures before you work with them, I only want to see your results afterwards.
- NEW: My Stock is for creative work, so don´t just make some minor digital change, like change saturation or running a "creative"Photoshop effect. Real Painting (tradidional and digital) is in my opinnion always creative.
-DO NOT use my stock for commercial or published purposes (other than dA or art gallery prints) without first requesting.
-I took many photos in zoos and museums. In thees places photography is only allowed for noncommercial use.
-DO NOT place images made from my stock in the photography section, because I am the photographer.
My images are not in the public domain, they may not be redistributed without permission, or posted as stock on other stock sites. Do not make stock from my stock.
- There is NO permission to use my stock for work supporting so called Animal Right groups like PETA! I took most of my Photos in Zoos and as they are fighting zoos they shouldn`t benefit fom my work in ANNY way.
-Permission is given to post artwork made with my stock on your own personal website or on other art websites, so long as you always credit me as photographer and note me a link to the other site.
The only stipulation there is: Don't use my stock on a website that is intended to promote something other than art or the biologie of animals, such as a religion, ideology, political party, etc, or anything that is prejudice or hateful.
There is No permission to use my art on Facebook!
Permission is given for use in work in contests, so long as I am credited/ linked when you are able.

I read the rules but not sure if I got it right.. Let's say if I want to use some/many of your photos as reference for drawing with colored pencils .. am I allowed to publish and sell them (giving credit of course) ?
