You're welcome! Oh, I think if you go to the folder that you want to contribute to, go to the top right and you'll see the "Contribute to this folder" when you click it, you get two options, "New Deviation" or "Existing deviation" Then you chose from there!

Let's see...it should be under "Admin Area."
Then click on "manage members", click "members", there'll be a list on the right side of the screen that pops up and you can adjust things to your specs from there.

. u . Also, to open up submissions for a specific folder, you have to select another button in the list and do the same for each folder that you did for the featured one.
