Looked through Allioops gallery folders and didn't see this one in there.
(so to Niss-Panda 's credit i haven't seen any evidence that this isn't actually hers but I could easily be mistaken.)
however it's certainly likely im seeing this as a second hand re-post, and i wouldn't be surprised if it was.
it appears that some art theft cases on this profile have appeared as claimed to be owned by niss-panda (art posts with comments of by niss-panda phrased to assume that niss-panda was the artist)
and after further investigation it turns out the original is found and linked in comments and it actually belongs to others.
most of the time niss-Panda re-posts things with no comment or description below stating anything.
not claiming it to be a re-post or her own works and leaving it completely blank makes it really easy to assume its the profile owners work when actually its not.
and although re-posting with out permission is against the rules (not condoned in any fashion) i want to say for everyone's benefit that if you perhaps wish to re-post something on the grounds that you want to share something you like, asking for permission from the original artist will likely get you the permission you require to continue this habit. however with the reputation this account has already received its likely you will get some people how will refuse to give you permission to re-post their work. but in general if you wish to re-post popular art and things you like just ask, likeliness is anyone likes free advertisement of their work.
however if this habit displayed here is out of spite and cruel amusement than i wager no amount of text or comments will influence you to abide by the rules, after all, no one can make you. and if your viewpoint is to gain some sort of approval through rebelling against any type of authority and this is simply your vent than only administrative action can influence this predicament with any standing effects.
So i say all this more out of analytical intrigue (although my ethics and morals completly conflict with the actions displayed by niss-panda) than any type of desire to see you change your habitual actions displayed on this profile, if this is indeed your position and i simply would like to know which of these scenarios is correct? so clarity would be appriciated if you so desire to reply, thanks for reading this cuz id wager you read all these comments.
Im just sorry for the predicament I've seen displayed here and i want to give condolences to all who are victims of this type of internet abuse, its unfair to those who its been done to and its completely pointless. its a reality we all live in when this type of venue is available to people who unnecessarily use and abuse these tools such as the social networks and art sharing websites of the internet to simply cause trouble for others. hopefully we can see this issue settled in a somewhat timely manner.

I'll keep this short and simple. Niss Panda has stolen art from countless artists including me. When she's gone as far to erase our signatures and pawn them off as her own that's going incredibly too far. The fact of the matter is that she didn't ask us, she wasn't honest, she didn't even apologize to any of us, and she took what was rightfully ours: credit. She went as far as to give my fanart to Pewdiepie and call it hers. That's bull crap. While I put forth actual effort to get where I am, and others as well, we come and find people like this who trample over our self sacrifice. Re-posting art to share isn't even ok in my opinion. Links are fine and all, but truely I'm not ok with it. Especially when people don't say what source it's from. I don't support anyone who tells NissPanda to die in a ditch or the like, but I also certainly don't support acts like she's done. Re-distribution without consent, posting, sharing, tracing, STEALING. It's all in the same family. You can't give support to people like this.

Yes, it has been a problem as of late. But dA does do their best. It's impossible to prevent all art theft but they sure do crack down on it when reported. I'm glad she hasn't been active. But who's to say she didn't make a different account? So we just have to be aware of who we support.

This is not an image sharing site, it's for posting your own work for others to see. It doesn't help that you've claimed to have created the things in your "gallery" when really they belong to someone else. I suggest you start clean, create a new account and post your own creations.
I realize it might be useless to post a comment on this person's dA, but hopefully they've acknowledged their mistake by now and they are going to take responsibility for their actions.

She hasn't done anything else up to this point guys, so it might be safe to say that's she's reconsidered her ways.. Hopefully. NissPanda, I REALLY hope you understand what we're trying to say. I've forgiven you already for stealing my art, but that doesn't mean others are gonna let up. Honestly, what you should do it just make an apology and post it or something. I suggest you stop taking people's artworks and posting them as your own. Many other people, besides myself, have provided legitimate proof that what you have uploaded is stolen, and you continue to ignore all of us. We have all been constantly reporting you and telling you that this isn't allowed. So please, do us a favour and delete all the stolen works. Them maybe, perhaps, you can quite POSSIBLY save your skin from being banned by uploading your OWN, LEGITIMATE works here to the website. Maybe then that will get us all off of your backs. But until you take heed to our word, which is much more powerful against yours, we will continue to bash and poke and yell at you to take the artworks down.
So save yourself from having to listen to it, and just do what we ask already. Now good day.

In honesty guy's it's pretty much useless to continue on bashing shit into this persons DA, I know it disappoints the artists and upsets the artists that the art is stolen but this person won't stop but as from what I want to say, please refrain from taking or posting stuff without the source of the original artist. It pretty much upsets the actual artists for their prints and art getting stolen which makes a bad situation. But as of I know this person probably don't really care at all so why bother continuing, if this person gets banned then they get banned but ignore me if you want. Please don't steal art! It's not a good thing to do, and I'm sure you can create nice, wonderful stuff on your own, and feel twice as good for having done it on your own! It's nice to share others art with friends, but deviantart isn't a site like photobucket or tumblr. On here, it's for sharing your own art that you drew. Please think before you steal other peoples art, because they've worked hard on it, and you could get reported for it.
