Ben comme 1,5 millions de suisses, je parle français ;) (Wink)
J'utilise un modele neutre et androgyne de base que je modifie avec des fonctions prévues pour.
Les peaux sont du déja fait, parfois je bidouille un peu, la couleur et quelques trucs.
Idem pour les habits.
Et pour les objets et decors.
Je serais pas cap de créer des peaux et des objets aussi complexes, juste des trucs somples et basiques.
Le soft que j'utilise, c'est Daz3D, gratuit à la base. Mais il faut acheter pas mal de trucs pour pouvoir faire des trucs sympas.

En fait il existe 2 logiciels assez connus pour faire ce genre de choses: Daz et Poser.
Poser coute entre 300 et 400 $.
Mais il y a plus de choix de props et d'habits.
Les deux sont un peu compatibles.
Et on peut aussi y importer des objets faits sur Blender ou autres.
