Ooooh so I was thinking of a silly thing. What if in an AU, Archaic's mind is uploaded into an actual human body and it literally destroys his mind now being as something he hates. He ends up a broken shell of his former self and gives up on everything because he's now a lowly human with no control over anything, and that terrifies him to no end.
