That would be. It's really not something you can learn in a matter of hours, though (as you can probably imagine). A practical suggestion (if you're buying Photoshop) is online tutorials. I have loads of good ones bookmarked. :) (Smile)

I think he's not actually trying to make them super-detailed. It just lends to the eerie painted look.
