Seriously, I have to be on campus from 12 PM to 10 PM, with no time for a break. And by the time I get home, I'm usually very tired. Thursdays, it isn't so bad, as I only go from 12 to 2... This still means I have to wake up early to get on campus on time.

I've been on dA longer than you think, and I've not once seen a requirement of being a premium member to pay for a commission. All you need is the amount of money needed, and a means of sending the money. Paypal is the usual choice, I believe.
