Ah, no way man. Your drawing is great! I love the clean lines and how easily each character is rendered. I had no trouble figuring out who was who. And, the orientation of the characters is great, like an Upstairs-Downstairs kind of thing. I think it's super. I sent it to my one Downton Abbey-liking friend, she thought very highly of it as well.

Well... there's a bit of a trick when it comes to texture...
If you use a flat paper, it's tougher to get texture. But if the paper you are using already have some form of texture built it, then it becomes much easier. That's the good (and bad) side to the Canson mi-teintes paper. It's got texture galore, whether you want it or not...

Weekend was nice. This week even more so. Got the week off from school since I've got so many shows (theatre), and next week is fall break, so I can take it kinda easy for about 2 weeks. :>
