Keine Ahnung, vielleicht, weil die Leute unsicher sind und nicht unhöflich sein wollen, hehe. Vielleicht denkt man mehr darüber nach, wenn man etwas auf Deutsch schreibt, da es ja das Duzen und die höflichkeitsform gibt, während man im Englischen diese Wahl nicht hat und es daher einfacher ist.
