May I ask what kind of program you are using?

PaintTool SIA a friend of mine set me up with a free version of it. It's much nicer than the programs that come with the bamboo wacom. let me know if you'd like to try it out, and I'll message you the link.

And here I was going to suggest it for you. Thanks for the offer, but I already have it. I was just curious. It was good to hear from your. I didn't even realize you had a tablet until we dropped the boys off after having Christmas with my parents. How are you liking it so far?

lol small world XDΒ
I love it, I use it all the time even when I'm not sketching! Β It's got some issues with quivery lines, so I might try upgrading to something that sketches a bit cleaner in the future. Β A friend showed me a really nice one that has it's own screen, that your write right on top of, and it folds up and down, and you can adjust the zoom with your fingers, it was awesome, but it cost about as much as a smart car does! Β

Yeah, I was looking at that too. But, mine has scratches on it from so much use. I would be afraid that after I got it I would scratch it with the pen. So I'm going to stick with one I don't have to dish out three grand for to replace it. I'll probably upgrade to an intuos tablet that you can use to rotate the image with your fingers instead of your mouse.

I don't think I'd go after it myself either, but it's still a gorgeous piece of hardware. Once the boys get a little older I might consider getting it though. Β That's pretty cool, I think I'll more than likely be sticking with my until it goes kaput on me lol. Β I've not had a big prob with the pen scratching the pad yet though, that's kind weird. I tend to mash my pen down because I forget it's a tablet Β so my pen is kinda flat. That might have something to do with it I guess. Β Maybe you could file down the point very carefully, and it wouldn't hurt it? Idono.

I might do that, or it might be time to change out the nibs.
