maybe there was a scientist who cared for her, though didn't appear in the film, possibly taken away by the others in fear he could had ruined jurassic world, think about it, she probably wanted vengeance, reason why she mostly killed the guards, and she couldn't control her because her anger and hate through all those years drove her to insanity and she started killing anything ANYTHING.

at least she was sane enough to communicate with the raptors.

i seen this before from villains, they seem broken and vent on killing anything for revenge. thats the villain i wanna be.
