There is a report deviation button at the bottom of every deviations side bar. You can go there to report the deviation to the website itself, and honestly, I don't understand why this one thief that I've found has been getting away with this for months.

The last thing I want to do is host some kind of witch hunt, but it seems that is the only way to get anything done with the language barrier. Yes, they will try to defend themselves, poorly I might add, but before doing anything rash, rude, or just angrily, it would be very helpful if you could help find anyone that is able to contact and speak with him. He seems to be Spanish with very bad English, so my talking to him never gets through.

Honestly, this guy really just pisses me off, so later, when I'm not so angry, I'll put together a list of all stolen pieces, labelling as uncredited or claimed depending on what the offence is. [If he doesn't say anything along the lines of, "I created it" then it's just a crediting problem.]
