for the art I can also help drawing a rough sketch and scanning it or coloring it digitally

We can also do this:

Someone comes up with a concept/idea for the drawing

Then someone draws the rough sketch  

Someone does the lineart

Finally the coloring/uploading

That way we all participate and it doesn't become overwhelming for one person or feel like someone isn't doing enough. Let me know what you guys think. I think the only thing we have to worry about is time management. I had a chance to look at yours, ManekiNeko97 and songc ' gallery and you guys have amazing work.

Btw is this your guys first time in the Fairy Feast? Also let me know what you're strengths/weakness are in art/writing. So we can help each other out. That way we can be prepared and organized. Thanks

Yeah the fairy feast was confusing at first and overwhelming at times, but it was really fun.

This is my first year of DA, first contest, and first Fairy Fest (or Feast?). So I'm confused, happy, thrilled, anxious, and nervous all combined.

Me and ManekiNeko97  are in the painting slot, songc  in the writing slot, and you on the leader slot, which is a wild slot.

ManekiNeko97 and you are traditional artists, so I think either you or her should draw. About the line art, I never tried it, but I suppose I can do it. Or you can do it if you can make line arts.

About the coloring, I think we can split it into 2, character(s) and background. That way, more people can work. I'm fine either way.

songc is the writer, so we should give ideas, concepts, vocabularies, etc etc etc and review her result. To minimize the incorrect grammar and spellings or any other mistakes and maximize the other things.

And about the ideas and concepts, I think we all four should discuss it later after the theme and more things are mentioned.

My weaknesses is time (I'm still a high school student, and it's almost time for mid terms), but I don't feel like studying anyway Also I'm till using the old version of PS (CS4) and don't know much about PS. I don't know about my strengths, but I think I'm quite the creative person and an idea man (too bad not an ideal man =3 so I can give ideas, but I think we all should discuss our ideas.

So yeah, sorry for reading this whole lot of story.

I'm sure you'll be a great leader! And Let's be the best in our guild!!

I really like your ideas about splitting up the work. I guess we'll have to see when we get our first prompt how it goes. About the time, I will try to make it so it doesn't become too overwhelming for anyone and everyone has plenty of time to finish. I also have the old version of PS (CS4). I'm also still learning how to use it, but I'm not that bad on it

It's also my second time in the Fairy Fest. I didn't know it was going to a bit overwhelming with the deadline and such. It was also my first time working with other artists to finish one artwork, but it was fun. For the ending of the story we can all help by giving you ideas and such^^.
