The camera always lies.The fleeting moment of the exposure is merely a microscopic slice of the world as seen by the artist. What one sees in an image is not the reality, for that ended when the shutter closed, it is the photographer's unique vision and interpretation of reality.
Too many people walk through life surrounded by unusual beauty and details they fail to see. At times, I am blessed to be able to see what they do not and I seek to capture it so that others may glimpse my vision of the world.
