I suck at photography. OK, maaaaybe some photos come out to be good, but for the vast majority, I'm lame. The only thing that keeps me still taking photos and uploading them is that, when nature shows you an amazing landscape or skyscape, it's a once-in-a-lifetime chance. You never get to see the same stuff again. So... I take the photos because I'll never see them again. Yes, maybe I could just keep them in my memory but... It's not the same!

I don't consider myself an artist. Not only because I suck at everything related to art and because I'm not a professional AT ALL, but also because I don't think anyone should consider themselves an artist... The fact that they're painters, musicians or photographers doesn't make them artists. For me, being artist is something that depends on how your art impacts the rest of the world, or at least, the people who see your work; and for that same reason, it's the rest of the world that has the right to call you an artist (And it's also a subjective concept). Not yourself. My opinion, anyway... :P
