# About me
I've been creating things for over 35 years, from fabric, wood, leather, and other mediums. Right now I'm making things to sell, so I can be at home with my children and allow my husband to not be so stressed with the total financial burden. I'm not out to make huge sums of money or get some sort of notoriety. I just love crafting and if I can make something and sell it so that the gas bill or other utilities are paid, then so be it. My children attend the K-12 online school program and I love being home with them. This site is so cool and I want to be able to share what I do with others so that maybe they can learn from my mistakes or get an idea of a different way to do something, heaven knows I've learned things from others online. Anyways, I'm a Navy Veteran, married to my hubby for 16 years, two kids, two cats, and a chihuahua. If you have questions, I'll try to guide you, if I can't, then together we will figure it out, or I'll find someone who can. Peace and Blessings to you.# Comments

Hi, I would love to see a photo, or two, of you working, or your work in your studio/workshop.
I only joined this site today. I will upload some of my artisan works (several wands) soon, and a photo of my messy studio. I guess it's a guy thing - a man and his shed. I have a few books on studios and sheds of artists, and each one of those photos tells a more meaningful story about the artist and their artworks. Of course I do understand if you wish to decline such a suggestion. However, I like Steampunk, and what you have shown here so far.

Hi, it's not just a guy thing, my work space is a mess, especially when I'm creating.Β I spread out all my containers, the mat on my cutting area is covered with dye spills, cuts, glue.Β LOLΒ it's totally not a guy thing.Β Β I never thought about taking pics while working, but the next time I will.Β Β Here's a clean pic of my shop, from Dec 2013,Β I had just installed those containers on the wall.Β Where my husband works, they were going to throw them in the dumpster, instead he brought them home to me.Β Pleasure talking with you.

Thanks for your reply. Great to know that 'messy' is okay. About facebook, I recently took myself off that website, and do not visit that site anymore. But I do not need to see your studio as I mentioned before. I trust what you have described, besides I saw a bit of it with the mask on the cutting mat. I'll be watching (once I find out how to trigger that on this website).

I added the image to my scrapbook on here, so you can go see my work space. FB is okay, I use it mainly to keep in touch with friends and people that we do events with.Β It's great to connect with other artisans and brainstorm ideas.
