Hello all! I apologize for the extra-long hiatus. As some of you know, I've concluded my first year running my own ad agency and design house and life has been rewarding. But like any good reward, it came with lots and lots and lots (and lots) of hard work and long hours. For the first time in 30-some odd weeks, I'm finally taking a week off and catching up on my posts and submissions, and desperately trying to create some new work.
So thanks again to what fans I still have, and good luck with your respective endeavors!

I just wanted to take a quick moment to respond to a general concern that has recently affected my DA gallery.
Artists generally should feel proud when they manage to get a piece banned or deleted because it means they struck some social chord somewhere that needed to be addressed. But unfortunately I must admit that Erotica has probably been around long enough that it can no longer be used as the "mind-opener" it once was and therefore no longer offers the socio-political satire I would otherwise use to defend myself with.
Despite it's arguably "accepted" status, a fellow DA member has made it clear through his utter mastery of stoic correspondence that he does not appreciate erotic works [in this case of the Furry theme]. Since that piece was promptly deleted by DA Admins thereafter, I am forced to conclude that his complaint went further than just me.
So I would like to say that I will no longer be uploading any material to DA that contains any form of charged eros, and will henceforth delete the remaining image of this category.
In conclusion, and in direct response to the concerned DA viewer:
Your point has been addressed, good sir. I hope that the world now glimmers with the refreshing new coat of candy-coated censorship we as Americans have all come to know and enjoy. Let the Daisies spring forth and rainbows fill the sky, for the evil tyrant who had foolishly chosen this public gallery as a place to display his work has been vanquished and restrained.
Truly, this is a magnificent victory not only for Art, but Human kind as well!

Hello, Bucky, thanks for the comment.
I'm not contesting DA Policy, per sé. The Policy could state that they don't want anyone uploading images of Cars and that would be the Law on this site. As the Admins, that is their perogative; I'm not challenging what should be allowed and what shouldn't, mostly because there is no forum for it, nor room to do so.
I've written three very long drafts in response to this point trying to defend my perspective, and the more I write the more I realize I'm just perpetuating a lost cause and adding to whatever misery such a defense may entail. As such, allow me to simply say thank you for your time in commenting, I hope you were not among the offended, and please accept my sincerest apologies if you were.
