What scripting will you be using for the forums? 'Cause I have heaps of experience with vBulleten(I can prob get my hands on that one 
The forum design is planned already but nothing is yet made (simillar theme to the main layout). It'd be great to have help. If you are really interested, reply and I'll send you a note with a link to the older forums (currently offline).

Hmmm, I just assumed that maybe most of the show already aired in japan, and we got the show much later than they did. Although I think adult swim stopped at about 50 episodes, ran deathnote while they dubbed the other episodes, and so on. I think thats what I read, it was on wiki though, so I don't know how much is truth. The site I was on showed there was close to 200 episodes. I thought maybe I was watching ahead as far as what had been aired in the U.S. There are also only about 3 seasons on itunes. same with HULU. I'm just confuzed.

I know for sure there are 224/223 episodes total of Bleach. xD
English is always way behind unless they finish the series or go into filler production.
I'm not entirely sure why Adult Swim is doing what they're doing, but so long as I have my weekly bleach I'm happy

You got some pretty good bleach pics, I hav only started watchin it recently, on the the internet and such. I learned of it after watching deathnote. When I go on adult swim.com it shows only 60 or so episodes, but I watched up to 130 of them on another website (all are subbed though.) Are those 60 or more on adult swim the only ones that actually had aired here in the U.S.???

I'm not actually sure. But most likely no. Adult Swim does the dubbing for Bleach and there are around 116 English episodes.
They most likely only show the more recent episode released.
Not really sure 'cause I don't download or watch the English episodes.
