I'm not sure why it does that. If you load him first when you open MMD, I think it should be fine.

I notice that the eye were rolled back. its not Missing but for some weird reason it wont stay on the spot. I already tried multiple times reload the MMD but it still the same. So each time I use the model and play any motion, i must set the eye balls myself.

Hmm, odd. If you have pmd/pmx editor you can try going to the bones tab, check the number of the head bone, then see if the eye bones are connected. If they are not, put the number in the box below the 3 boxes. If it's not that, check the invisible eye bones and see if they are connected to their respective eye bone. If not, use the same procedure as before. If that doesn't work, I'm really sorry, I don't know what's wrong.
