Firstly I would like to sincerely apologize for insulting your artwork a long time ago, you are an extraordinary artist.
I was actually hoping to commission you. I've been working on a large scale fan project for a while now and I'm searching for artists. I'm quickly running out of options and finding nothing but dead ends and so I come to you with the desperate hopes that I could commission you to draw 1 or 2 characters for whatever price may be necessary.

Hey Kimi Dee! I purchased the 20x30 Emily Browning Chosen with a black frame then I got sent an email saying it got cancelled because the product failed inspection. How can I purchase this painting? Let me know as soon as possible.

Yeah, I got an email too and was confused by it, because I hadn't submitted it as a print. Now I get why they sent that. LOL. Okay, so what they're telling me is that it failed inspection because I didn't put a large enough border around it. The signature, or edge of the painting is too close to the edge or some such thing. So sometime in the next few days I'll try to remember to fix that and resubmit it. I'll send you a note when it's fixed.

You have an extraordinary gallery and beautiful skill of work! The few I faved I really like the most, I thought they're photo-manips but I looked carefully to find out they're paintings which is amazing anatomy, color and shading work that fooled me.

I guess you could say they're a little of both. Because underneath my painting is a photo-reference that I used as a guide. Sadly, I'm not as good at anatomy as I appear to be. Heh.

Oh..Hm. I've considered changing it, but then the signature on all my paintings will be wrong, and some of those paintings are being used off-site.

I noticed that changing an account name would create a forwarding from the old name to the new one. So changing from "fragmented---" to "fragmented", for example, should work.
