Oh for that matter. I asked lot of people before I send this recolours and everyone told me that I can do it. In addition, It's Disney picture and I didn't see that Disney forbade such a thing.

But it is dA rules and the rules say you cannot recolour.
The people you may have asked may have not read the rules.
