well I'v been thinking lately if I ever want to be a paid artist one day ( I realize I'm poop at the moment)I should learn how to use photoshop but the problem with that is that photoshop is like a butt ton of money that I do not have :< so I was wondering what version to save up for I know that cs5 is a older version but its still pretty good and less money then the new cs6 version which is like 700 but I'm still unsure
and I don't know very many people to ask this kinda stuff so I thought you might know and have good advise
sorry for the freaking novel ^ up there
I'm just really confused ;A;

Haha, no worries. If you're a student, you can get special discount prices on Adobe products, which brings down the cost a lot. Also, there are free one-month trials for all the Adobe programs, so you can try them first.
Learning to use the Adobe design programs is not a bad idea, since they're kinda industry standard. But, if you just want to learn to create good-looking digital art, there are a lot of good freeware programs to play with. I have been poking around in FireAlpaca lately, and it's kinda nice. I guess it depends on what kind of stuff you want to do.

Either. I think you just need proof that you're a student.

You have a cool gallery as well! I like the way you draw characters, somehow they feel really contemporary. Also, I like you drawing kind of weird personalities, they're not the stereotype pretty girls or strong anime boys with super powers or something. They are kind of cast outs, and that's fine to them . I like that a lot. Lastly, you love to draw moustaches, which is of course great lol.
I was wondering though how you thought of your username? Because it means something like 'job' or 'chore' in Dutch.
