Oh, so busy with school stuff too haha. Done for the summer now, thankfully. But I'm currently moving and trying to find a job for the summer, plus I have a trip to Mexico planned for the next couple weeks, so that was all kind of badly planned haha. But oh well.

You are lucky to have a family member who will go with you. I'm not sure my dad would even know how to turn my camera on, let alone take pictures with it. I've only got one friend who's photographically inclined and I think he's getting tired of me this summer, haha.

Haha yeah, I am. He and my mom used to go out taking photos all the time before they had me and my brother. He's got the cooooollleeeesssst old camera stuff in the basement, it's amazing.
Haha none of my friends are very artistically inclined in general. So if it weren't for my dad I'd have to be that creepy person who randomly takes peoples pictures on the street haha.

That's really cool. He's probably a big help in learning how to be a better photographer. I'm just trying to figure it out as I go along, and I think I've made huge strides this summer, but I have a long ways to go.

Really I wouldn't consider myself artistically inclined. I just take photos because I have fun and I like learning new skills.

I hate being the random creeper with the camera. It always makes me feel awkward. If I ever really get the urge to go do something, I'll just hike around the mountains here and try to get some scenic stuff. In case you haven't noticed yet, I tend to go overboard on the sunsets...

OH geez, you have no idea haha. He's probably taught me more than my photography teacher last year

In order to take great pictures, though, you need to have an artistic eye, to be able to see the image you want and make it happen. It's the same for any art form, I think. You don't have to be "the best" you just have to know what you want to convey and work at it till it's right in your eyes.

Ughh me too haha. I had to take photos of people for a photo assignment one time so we went to the mall and I was sitting on a couch there taking total stealth pictures with my dads cameras insane zoom haha.
Going overboard with sunsets is good. Sunsets are amazing.
For me it's usually ducks haha.

Luckily I never plan on doing photography as a job. If I was, I'd probably wind up as a bum living on the street with only my clothes and my camera to my name.

One of the first days I had my camera, I went up a small hill and started taking pictures. People were walking on a trail near me and kept glaring at me. That was an interesting experience.

Sunsets are nice. I'd say the same thing about sunrises, but I'm hardly ever awake early enough to catch those.

Ducks make good subjects. I've gone crazy with them before too. They are always photogenic and if you go to a place where they are used to people, you can usually get really close to them.

Haha yes, apparently we have VERY similar personalities. XP Pretty much every second sentence is some weird-ass accent that has no place in the world haha
