no it is mine(hence why its in my gallery), i drew it and everything but it was his characters, and bit of an idea. so it is on his account too cause its his as much as mine basically.

Well depending on where you got it or who the manufacturer is you should be able to get it looked at. Especially since you've only had it a month.

my hubby got it for me from one of those build ur own places online. its got a 1yr warranty so it shouldn't be to much of an issue, hopefully I'll be able to send it out Monday or Tuesday >.< we shall see
