Nowt miraculous about me, mate.
Well, the reason for my temporary non-existence is lots of Star Trek watching, then a sudden desire to research my family tree. Not too long ago I got in contact with a woman who's married to my mother's cousin in New Zealand, in fact. Got a fair bit of information about their family, plus some I couldn't find, so that was nice.
I'm still in employment, which is another good thing. This'll be my sixth year in the same job. I never really intended it to work out this way, but still...

Thanks for taking the time to post a critique on my work. You have some very interesting points. I choose the selective coloring to try and make the photo a bit different then all other beach photos and make the girls walking pop out in contrast to the surroundings. I just thought it spoke to me more that way. I will have to go back and take a look at it again with your perspective.
