Favorite visual artist: I don't really understand this question.Favorite movies: Um...depends on my mood? I really like sherlock. you know, the one with Robert D. Jr.
Favorite TV shows: Once Upon a Time. Sherlock. (I like basically any anime based on fantasy).
Favorite bands / musical artists: Green Day. I like listening to quick fiddle solos and celtic music sometimes.
Favorite books: I have a ton of books in my library about the witch hunts, I got a few books on medicinal herbs, and I read about cultures of Native Americans. Mythology's always fascinated me, too. I also like the code books, though.
Favorite writers: Rick Roridan, only because I can't remember any others. He wrote about all those percy jackson, egyptian myths, and the magnus chase books, right?
Favorite games: I LOVE UNDERTALE! And Skyrim. And Fanf. And Minecraft...And everything else with either a architectual purpose or a plot twist to it. I dispise shooter games, though, just fair warning.
Favorite gaming platform: I don't know what this is.
Tools of the Trade: I don't get this either.

Seven Deadly Sins aye, love it. Not seen Magi yet. Currently watching Re:Zero.
But my top 3 are currently Death Note, Code Geass and Fate/Stay: Night. Not necessarily in that order. If you haven't seen any of those, I highly recommend all of them. And Akame ga Kill too...

okay, i'll check them out and see if they interest me. I am very picky about the type of anime (or any shows). I like The Devil Is A Part-Timer. something that is mostly fantasy or is like the stories I write (not just creepypasta stuff, lol).

I know this may be rude to some people, but I have an honest question. So, I just wanted to ask quick if you can use the journal or media option to submit stories. And, if so, do they have to be something like fanfiction? Or, could they be original stories? I apologize again if you consider this rude.

You're question isn't rude at all! I'll try to help you, but if something stays unclear, feel free to ask again. (I have to admit that I'm not so experienced myself, sorry if this isn't helpful at all.)
As far as I know, you can type anything you want into your journal. But I would recommend that you submit your stories like a deviation. You know, when you click on the "submit art" button, there's is an option to enter a text. This text can be fanfiction or an original story or a poem or whatever you like.
There's also a FAQ section by the way (help.deviantart.com/ ), in case you want to know more details or maybe my answer is just not helpful.
