I didn't really want to make any of my stuff public but Dr. S. seems to think it'll do me some good. He calls it "art therapy" of course- probably just means a way he can take credit even when he's not around if I'm resting better.Been having really, really bad nightmares for a couple years now. It got so bad I couldn't really sleep, not for more than a couple of hours at a stretch. Dropped out of school, lost a few friends, you've heard it a million times with drugs or depression.
In therapy now, doing this page as part of it. Long as I keep sleeping, right?
