Favorite visual artist: Stan Winston, Crash McCreery, and Terryl Whitlatch are inspirational to me.Favorite bands / musical artists: I like movie soundtracks!
Favorite games: I'm a big World of Warcraft nerd (I love the art and the lore!) I also really enjoyed all of the games set in the Half-Life 2 universe.
Tools of the Trade: Mechanical pencil, and Wacom/Photoshop (though not nearly as much as I should.) I hope to get into sculpting soon (clay and digital)
Other Interests: Biology! And I'm nuts about Halloween.
# About me
I'm a college student, working on building my portfolio and honing my skills. Most of my work is drawn on paper, but I am trying to expand into digital painting and working with color, and hope to eventually work with sculpting. I have some background in 3D modeling and animation, but I'm not sure how much of that I'll post here.I am fascinated by biology in general, and creatures of all kinds. One of my goals is trying to understand anatomical structure and organic movement to improve my drawings.

For whatever reason, I finally decided to make a deviantart account. We'll see how long it lasts. Critiques and comments welcome! Enjoy the creatures (because my Deviations will certainly almost exclusively be creatures. I'm, like, all about the creatures.)
