It's about an Underwater scene.

(If you have never make a Twitter banner before. Twitter banners are around 3.05x1 (w x h) in size. Because of their small size, some details that are beyond the banner safe zone can be intentionally be left out. Remember to keep details within the safe/display zone. At least, that’s my suggestion.)
It’s going to be in an underwater lake, where I was seen looking for a cave to hide into. The background scenery could be something like this, Filled with different water type pokemon, (such as a school of Luvdisc, Lanturn and Wishiwashi). As well as a Sharpedo lurking in the shadows of a big rock, like the one on the 2nd pic:
For the 2nd one, there are no Jagged rocks in the background at all. lol
I can be can be a normal Buizel with a slightly bigger head. Because I don't usually wear my jacket while swimming under water.
