I'm not entirely sure, but I do have that song (plus a lot of the other music I used for that game) stored in a folder labeled "kanakanas_midipack3".

A bit of quick Google searching doesn't turn up any sites offering a "Kanakana's midi pack" (#3 or otherwise) for download, so I'm guessing whatever site I originally found them on might have gone down at some point.  I do still have that folder and all the midi files inside it on my computer (there's 153 total, plus a version of song #32 that I edited to make it louder.  Song #32 is... the Num Castle song, oddly enough.  Apparently the original version was a little too quiet), so I could probably send them to you if you want.
