I don't know if you're still active here or will ever see this, but I want you to know that it was your works that inspired me to start writing my own material. When I first saw your series in 2013, I didn't even have an account on dA and was just an outsider looking in. Since then, I have written several of my own pieces, some good, some not. I continue to try and grow as a writer, even if it's been slow. But yeah, you were the one who made me stop thinking and start doing.

To be honest I kinda like how he finished the story, most people aren't brave enough to finish a story like he did. Things don't always work out.
Sure it's sad there are no more stories in that universe and I would have loved to see the aftermath of feral time on the other characters but you can always make your own fan fiction about and be satisfied that way.

I wished that you could have come back to deviantart since last year (and I still do). You are SUCH a great writer, and I wish you could have gone for a less gronchy note to end off your Dragon series. I understand if you don't want to cone back to deviantart, just say so if you don't. Just please remember that tree stories had helped me gone through some tough times, and I felt sad when the series ended off as it did. Thanks for taking the time to read this comment (if you actually did, and if you did that makes me SO glad).

I wish this as well, but I understand why he left. Some people are simply too overwhelmed by fame, even if they're only "internet famous" and only on certain site.
What I'm saying is that Ethan seems to be a very sensitive and kind person and fame always attracts bad people. Not everyone can handle that (just look at famous meltdowns of people like Phil Fish).
What I hope for though is that Ethan is well and happy, especially during this christmas time.
