Even so you said that Chaos vs order storyline isnt "100% canon anymore", there is only one thing my OC Legend did to your OC, Klitz: Legend has struck pressure points anchoring his soul to the guilt and pain he endured by that splatfest incident.
That means after a few moments in Klitz's life, Klitz will eventually recover from his past and forget the past completely.
