# About me

An amateur artist mostly showing work done for various contests hosted by PuzzlePirates.com (or YPP for short- stands for YoHoHo Puzzle Pirates!) under the name of Faeree (Deviant name of Faeree was already taken) over the past years.

Been drawing since I was old enough to hold things in my hand. In 2001 I was in a car accident where doctors think I tore my brain stem, among other injuries. It seems with these injuries I've also lost the ability to draw the way I used to and unfortunately gained a lot of health issues. I used to draw in a more realistic format but I am retraining my brain using color/shaping techniques rather than the traditional sketch format. The majority of drawings that I post here are a reflection of these attempts.

(IF anyone has a similar situation as myself w/retraining your brain to learn to draw again and has some tips please do share with me your secrets!)
