You don't mind if I ask how you animated your stamps/icons (or had you a good tutorial you may suggest me?)

I use photoshop CS2 to animate my stamps.
This video explains the basics of photoshop animation ([link] ).
I just use layer opacity for fading and move the layers around in each new frame.

I have Photoshop and imageReady CS2 that I use. I plan out the animations in photoshop, then move the image to imageready and save it as a gif. I think newer versions of photoshop have imageready built into them, so all the animations can be done there.
