Loklz sorry I didn't clarify, yeah I meant tablet computer. Since I was given like a gazillion extra hours at work my paycheck for this week is going to be higher then normal, and while scouting through the internet I found what my first tablet is going to be. It's simple, gets the job done, and it isn't as expensive as most tablets!
I'm so HAPPY! I've been wanting one for as long as I can remember, since it takes me HOURS to do anything on GIMP using my laptop's mouse pad and a wireless mouse. Along with waiting on a scanner is just ridiculous!
Having a comp tablet will make things so much easier!! ((I hope))

I do draw with pencil and paper, and I always will have my trusty notebook and sharpened pencil by my side! No matter what technology comes along loklz
But yeah, I wanna try giving touchscreen drawing a shot. Since the tablet comes with a wireless pen to draw/write with it should be easy? (right? If not I'll be so disappointed )

Yeah I have a bunch of other drawings I've done/doodled at work. Not to mention I haven't forgotten about Abby, that sneaky lil girl managed to get herself doodled into my Sudoku book while I was on break at work bored to death. I also got HOOKED on drawing my OC as a sonic character so I made comics with her in it and a bunch of other drawings too. What I'm thinking of doing is just take pix of it with my phone and use the USB cable to upload it to my laptop and use that. It may not be the best way to do it since the quality won't compare to scanner quality, but it's better then nothing

And idk, there's something about putting up a million doodles or unfinished projects on DA that just stab at my pride with a prickly cactus.I have done it before but idk
((I think it's the media influence from DA that makes me like this. I see so many amazing yet simple things that what I want what I put up to be at least decent, so just a random sketch kinda stabs me in the back >< Sorry if you think that sounds dumb ))

myself? in pretty much anything. I have comics of myself and friends doing stupid things or a just one-pager to show something weird in my life ((ex: the drawing labled "umm" in my gallery, shows the awkward moment when my mother finds me talking to myself while playing Halo)) or having random stuff happen to me to show some purpose. For instance I drew a picture of myself getting slapped in the face with a giant sausage with the bold words "RESPONSIBILITY" on it, showing basically that responsibility comes in unexpected ways and some times it's like receiving a slap in the face

Heck yes! I'd love to get chased by sharks!! shark food! Out of curiosity, mind if I modify the shark one a bit? Cause quite honestly, I can't swim. Like I could be wadding there in the water then a shark comes up and is all "grrrr I'm a shark!" ((not actual dialogue but evil shark facial expression)), then I freak out, and start swimming off, then I stop mid swim and with a serious face say "wait a minute....I can't swim" then I look to see that I swam off into the deep end of the ocean and I have this "...ah crap.." look and the shark holds up a floaty for me asking if I need this, then I accept politely and the chase continues?

Hmmm for the vortex one I imagined myself sitting on the couch or a chair or w/e watching TV with the most bored look on my face, then I get up and go to the fridge when the giant black hole opens up and I like dig my nails into the wall and hang on for dear life saying "not again!! I thought I fixed this problem!!"
The gagged in the closet one I'm still thinking, I like the bursting out of the closet part tho and I already have a good visual of how that's gonna look like.
The ninja one, maybe I could be like at this japanese restaurant and I sneak off into a part for employees only and I pick something up and out of nowhere the ninja stars get throw at me and you see me in some awkward pose having barely dodged it then these ninjas appear and I got nothing else from there

For being kidnapped in the closet, you could be struggling to get free or get attention, then manage to bust the door down and try to hop around to escape, since you at least escaped the closet!

Hmm, what could the ninjas do indeed? Good question. What do ninjas do with people they defeat? Well, you could be forced to work at the restaurant.

These are gonna be comics? I was picturing simple sketches that could be easy to do, but you really added a lot to them! You think you'll have time to draw them? They gonna take a while?

Hmmm, I can see the closet one being a quckie, since I thought of a simple layout for it. I'm sure I can do that one before the others.

Well I have worked in a japanese restaurant before and I wanted to kill myself while working there, so they could like capture me and when I'm put to work I could have those anime tears in my eyes

The one I think would take the longest is the shark one. I will definitely try to make it a short/simple as possible though. I really like these ideas and It'd sound like fun doing 'em so I don't wanna forget them (curse my horrid memory )

I plan to draw them very soon. Since I already got my tablet I'm all the more up for MAKING more time for drawing and stuff. I used the tablet again last night on a drawing I had saved on my laptop for the longest time to try it out again and I'm starting to some what get the hang of it

The idea is great! I shall definitely use it!
