Things are going great! The semifinals end tomorrow, then I'll be uploading some special, interactive plot devices that the contestants can try and solve After that, final round! I'm excited!

Very cool! And hey, don't sweat it! I think it's kind of fun to split things like that. It's like... Dottie (or any character for that matter) is more of a personality and can be used in any way. It's sort of like Ren and Stimpy... they live in multiple places, in different income brackets, and even sometimes no bigger than parasites living in a gorilla's intestinal tract. What I think is interesting is how wrapped up we get in being very precise about continuity... but, it's so much more fun to kill characters, make them fly, turn them into dinosaurs, have them be in a parallel universe... etc. I think it's WAAAAY more fun to screw with every variable possible, throw continuity out the window, and just see how a character, no, a personality reacts to different situations.

I know I kind of went on a tangent... and maybe thinking a little too hard about it... feh! I was delighted ^_^ I think you have been really good about using your time... and I'm really happy everyone got an extension for round 3... what with the holidays. From what you've shown so far, I think you're doing fab!

Heheheh, you know, the way you describe characters bouncing around kind of sounds like how things are in my head. There, characters from different 'universes' will happily interact, even though they shouldn't, and... argh! XD

I try to keep them neatly separated in their own little canon worlds, I really do. .__.

It's all right, I wasn't really mad, especially over something from a long time ago.

In fact, I thought it was surprising who it was when I saw your avatar because I recognized you as a nice person, usually.

At the time it happened, it had seemed that for a while, every journal entry I made had at least one person trolling it or getting upset over something. So for a while, I was trying to make optimistic journals so that people didn't think I was just angry all the time or something(which I'm definitely not, I'm actually very easy-going and optimistic in life, or at least I try to be).

When I made that journal and I saw the negative comment, I couldn't believe that such a carefree and optimistic subject would lead to me being criticized and judged so harshly. It made me feel angry so I flipped out on ya, though I did it without realizing that you probably did not mean any harm. A better thing to do would be to talk it over with you. But something else was bothering me that day(probably involving relationships, I can't remember exactly what), so I wasn't in the most rational of moods.

When somebody noted me about the message board comment, I was pretty surprised. I didn't understand why somebody would hold it against another person for being passionate about things of the past. The internet is littered with people like myself who discuss and hold fond memories of old cartoons they enjoyed during their youthful years. So to be singled out for something so common felt a little strange.

I just wanted to set the record straight, that I didn't hold anything against you or anything. You probably were upset too, when I got angry at you at that time. And so for that, I apologize to you as well.

I totally understand. I'm really sorry for making that post, I think it was just a sporadic response. Yet it's still no excuse for my being a bitch. No hard feelings on this end either. In fact, since I'm friends with the moderator of the forum, I can have it deleted, since it is rather venomous and a poor reflection of your character... I know what it's like to have a bad day and find a post like that out of nowhere. Apology accepted, and I totally understand if you don't want to unblock me.
