i noticed your icon is in jpeg form, heres a tip to keep the collor's from swittching again and such
open mspaint
create or redo your icon
click save as
now on the bottom were it says "save as type" click png
jpeg will procscess the collor and the foreground
there by ruining it, by doing this everything will stay exactly the same as how you first used your pixel's.
