I've been kinda down myself, but I'm ok. We finally have a futon! It got completed last night! It's super comfy, but now the cat doesn't want to sleep with me cuz he has a futon! 0.0 Sib and I are going to a craft fair tomorrow to see what it would take to be a seller. We have quite a few blankets we haven't uploaded yet, cuz Mino has a week or 2 more of school before she can help out with pictures. (she's the only one of us with a smart phone.)

Futons are super comfy! And craft fairs are really fun. You should definitely look into selling at them; my grandma crochets and she loves selling at craft fairs. If I was more crafty I'd definitely try it out too. I am still hoping to be able to buy one of your blankets too! I need to get a couch and I want to get one to match it!

Awesome! We went to the mall where the fair was supposed to be, but aside from some extra kiosks we didn't really see a craft fair 
In May we will most likely have more blankets up on our site. Our sister Mino who is our photographer has been so busy with school we have a backlog of blankets ready to add!

How is your summer going?

Thanks! I had a really fantastic day and my summer is going well. I'm tired of the communal living, so I may come back after Labor Day, but otherwise work has been great and the lake has been beautiful. It's almost hard going home where everything is so much more brown, dry, and dead. How has your summer been?

Hopefully, the 'change of pace' has been worthwhile.

Oh definitely. It's been so nice and then today it was rainy all day, which I loved. Of course the stress has been creeping back up on me as the weeks/months pass and I haven't heard back from the 20+ places where I applied to. My plan is to get a fall job at a fruit ranch close to home, get an apartment for a few months with a friend and play it by ear. I'm trying not to stress, but I'm going to miss the nice people I work with and the lovely lake. I am born to be by the water I think.
