I said I'd never return to this profile, but unfortunately ended up back here somehow. And since I'm here I just wanted to link you this. 

I want to make it clear, I no longer follow DiMoo, so if she's sorted this issue out, good for her. But I remain unspoken to despite having paid her and I know others do too. So just warning you now, to be careful.

I know this comment has kind of gone and passed. 

And if I'm honest, I did say I'd NEVER revisit this profile page.

But I felt that maybe sharing my story a little bit with you, might help you understand where Karobutt is coming from. 

You yourself are someone I watch and admire as an artist hazza and I don't want you to misunderstand, I'm not having a go at you, I'm just upset that whilst you defend dimoo to this extent, you also, perhaps unintentionally, are saying that the people who commissioned DiMoo (and I just want to make clear that there is at least 9 people) should get over the fact that their money most likely isn't coming back and it isn't dimoos fault. One of these people has waited over 22 months with no communication from DiMoo for a $200+ commission. Dimoos issues aside, this isn't fair. 

And at the very least, those who come to this profile, unaware of the circumstances, should be notified of what they are getting into.

If you apparently know DM's situation, then please go ahead and explain it to me because I've gotten zilch. Mature would have been sending me a message and explaining her situation/following up with a refund, NOT addressing people vaguely, saying you have mostly everything done, assuring that you'll be back in a week and then STILL suckering people out of their money. So, please - don't preach maturity to someone who got the short end of the maturity stick, here.

Just be sure not to talk about people as if they are horrible.
People have committed suicide because of many terrible voices.
It angers me so much to see people talking bad of other people because
they may believe that they are worthless, and thus kill themselves.
I feel worthless and terrible, and i hate it if people bug other people
or talk about other people like they are filthy dirty liars like they are terrible and a waste of space.
Maybe they are in the hospital. I don't know. I just don't like it when people say negative things about other people. I also take a long time responding and doing commissions.
So i guess you're going to say I'm faking problems?
Well, I don't think you would be happy if you had a real problem and people were calling it fake.
I guess if you're struggling with depression and you cut yourself, you're just faking it right?
People always make up problems to get out of work right?
There is never, ever an instance where someone would actually have something go wrong in their life right?
There is no such thing as a life issue and people should just buck up and get over it right?

It is okay to be upset if your commission is late, i get it.
But don't ever say someone is faking a problem when you literally have no idea what they are doing.
You could be pushing them closer to death. So be careful.

yo dingbat, she isnt bullying her. copypasting bullshit when this person scammed her out of 70 dollars leaves her completely justified in being upset.

what if you spent that kind of money for something you really wanted and a year later nothing came of it and the person you bought it from hasn't gotten the balls to tell you directly that there's some sort of issue.
you don't have to spill your heart and soul out but if you're fucking HONEST with your commissioners, they'd understand.

pull your head out of your ass and stop blindly devoting yourself to frivolous causes. i'd understand the justification if karo was making some sort of thoughtless threat against the person's life.

but she wasn't.

step away and look at pictures of kittens, or maybe try supporting causes that are affecting people on a global scale outside of the internet :3
like y'know, feeding the hungry, provide shelter for the homeless?

Haha, except I DO know that she was taking on commissions AND finishing them, all the while pretending her real waiting list didn't exist. Instead of stating that I couldn't possibly know about her situation, you should pipe down and realize that you don't know mine. I have already sympathized with DM about her "situation", but I'm completely out of nice things to say.

I find that weird because you said you have gotten no info on the situation, or 'zilch' in your terms. While I was talking about the period after they posted the journal because I see no further activity beyond that. Since they were not online posting or replying, you probably wouldn't have heard from them and therefore would not have any idea of the situation.
I'm sorry, but you can never really understand the situation unless you are *DiMoo herself.
You also don't even think about my situation.
Which I also think is weird because you are telling me to think about yours and I already know what it is like to wait a long time for a drawing.

Also thank you for insulting me . It makes me feel really good about myself, and just made my day.

Can you not be a pretentious little asshole? It's like you have no idea what the concepts of responsibility and professionalism are. You missed a week of work cuz of depression and let no one know. Well guess what? No one gives a shit. Businesses should be (as they are) separate from personal life. If you can't manage the two, then you don't try and do business with others.

You should also stop trying to sound like a representative for every person in the world because you're not. If I have problems, I let people know, ESPECIALLY if affects them. If you want to keep being that wishy washy person that never holds responsibility, that's your fault. You can disappoint and upset other people all you want.
