First of all: how dare you to assume I wouldnt give my own OC a backstory and then attemp to write one yourself of which you think it would be better? She has a story, personality and anything she needs.
How about you go and make up a character of your own instead of going around and try to steal other peoples creations? You seem to be pretty lazy and VERY rude!
If I catch you using her anywhere it will get ugly. I ask and suggest you leave that idea of trying to 'do better stories' for other peoles characters alone.

I happen to know someone who had a simillar, unpleasent encounter with you and she is not surprised and just shaking her head.

I didn't say in any moment that you don't have personal OCs. And I'm happy that someone is doing the concept art of your OCs and such, really. But we're not talking about who has the greatest friend for making pics to others. Like I said, this is not a competition about who is the strongest character or whatever. The point is that you SHOULD stop asking to take others ppl OCs because the owner can get upset only  because you THOUGHT that the character doesn't have any story or "life". It's like if I ask you to take your inFAMOUS OC Ryan for me because I THINK that he has no backstory or powers (assuming that I didn't read his story, that it's clearly in your gallery).
I think that I'm explaining this well, so... Can we just forget about this and pretend that this isn't happen?

I was really angry what he said bc what gives him the right to tell ME the "creator" that he hath better ideas what he could do with my OC!

The thing about this is that he DIDN'T read the author comment in the picture.
If he read it, then he would probably ask you directly, not me! So, even if I'd write
 Jill's story or whatever, probably he wouldn't even read it XD.
