Hey, Jack. It's been a while. How's everything?

BTW, I just got back to playing around with NR2003 and I'm thinking about adding a new Mod in the game. I do recall that the Bullring made a COT Mod with the spoiler back in early 2010 just as Design Mods Racing came out with their Cup10w Mod. I sung by Design Mods' site and they also came out with a Mod with the spoiler as well.

I'm just trying to figure out which one is good to get, as I will download a bunch of cars from NNracing to add to my collection.

Rioux's COT mod is the best if you're looking for model and template quality. No argument there...his modified SCE models from rF blow SSnet's out of the water BUT if you have a computer that's older or whatever then expect to get a lot less FPS with it. Also more online leagues use SSnet because of this problem. It really comes down to if you want quality or frames. Personally, I'll use Rioux's once his '11 models are released which should be soon.
