I got my professional start on Vampirella for Harris comics in 1994. Since then I have gone off to do many things. I always go back to my favorite subject to illustrate, women.I'm just a perv with skills I guess...
I'm accepting commissions my rates are
$125 pencils, $150 inks, $350 full color.
Size: 11x17 on bristol or watercolor paper for color.
These rates are for single characters with minimal backgrounds.
Add $50 for each additional character.

Hey Caesar, I personally can't forget the $520 you've stealed from me on the occasion of two prepaid commissions in 2008 you eventually decided last year not to dedicate time honouring ever (and obviously nor refund). As each of your new art new post sickeningly reminds me.
Do your new clients / recent fans know about this propension you have to keep money for jobs you take and deliberately decide not to complete ?

Follow my advice and never commission a single original art from this man (!!!!)
Caesar stole $520 dollars for me 6 years ago for a 2-pieces commission that he obviously doesn't intend to honor, any day.
Can't even tell how Caesar did disgust me of commissioning art, literally. I've never seen something like that.
(Obviously, as very last - and disappointing - ressort a refund is naturally out of question with him.)

Am really deeply sorry not to have gotten any reply from you for more than 8 months now.......
U know I definitely would like our 2008 commission(s) situation to be settled an agreed way (the advanced rates refunded and the begun commish either refunded or finished - with a reasonables deadline reset from now - depending on what you prefer since I'm not clear at all about its status) but this is not possible if you don't reply any message (!?).
Please don't do this to me Caesar !!
