Attention anyone with film camera experience!
I am planning on buying an analog camera! I've been working a part time summer job and am putting some money every week in an SLR camera fund. I have been looking around in stores like best buy and have seen some nice looking models for less than $200, but I don't really know a thing about film photography. If any one has any tips about brands or models to buy, please let me know! Keep in mind I don't want to spend more than $300 dollars. Do any cameras exist in that price range that are decent and reliable? Any help is appreciated! I will probably move this to a journal entry later...

buy used.
and
ps...
Sony digital cameras are great until they brake.
they cost way more to repair than any other brand.
but thats just because Sony doesn't specialize in cameras.
but ... blah blah blah.
i'm tellin you... richmond camera.
we have loads of good used cameras.
i got myself a used Yashica twin lense medium format there for $240, and they stopped production on that camera in the 80's... it still works like a dream.
for 300 bucks you could do pretty nicely

Also testing an ID. I'm sad because the whole thing is too long to show up on the page, but it looks kinda OK. I'll leave it up for the time being, but please full view. It looks cooler that way.

Yea...
I finished DX2 in about 9 and a half hours whereas the original took me like 40 hours. I also felt the AI was too stupid in the new game and I didn't like the new ammo system. I also with they had kept the old skill system; I kinda liked it. Overall, I found DX 2 to be quite disappointing and nothing like I expected.
