i wanna give you a full version of him but my printer's all out of ink(which doesnt allow me to scan for some reason) its the time cop character though, i have two pics of him in my profile,the one in color with the spikey hair and a pic in black and white with shorter hair,i think im gonna go with the shorter haired version though(the spikey haired version gets too many gohan/DBZ references) i dont mind if you change the costume a bit, just as long as you keep the visor, some key points to help you come up with a costume design he a 1.TIME TRAVELING 2.COP from the 3.FUTURE(you can blend these three elements into the design anyway you want to)as far as weapons go he has thiese time disks that he can place on an object and either speed up or slow down the aging process of it(for example,if hes being chased he can through a disk on the ground,speeding the aging process of the floor,causing it to cave in)...good luck...
