Haha, thats really cool. Yea Shelby's are amazing cars. I think this particular one was a kit, but I never got to speak with the owner. I waited around the parking lot for like 20 minutes waiting for the owner to show up but to no avail. But yea, awesome cars. They are probably the only American made machines I'd consider spending over 75k on.

yea, classic muscle cars are something else all together. Lots of history in all the things Carrol Shelby has put together. I've still yet to see an authentic Cobra SC, but I've seen a few GT500's that were actual Shelby's. Still have yet to see a GT500 KR in person either, but I'd love to have the opportunity to shoot one.

Tri-X, you know, the staple of student bought black and white 35mm film? Oh well, thats neither here nor there. You know there is no real advantage to shoot RAW over your max resolution JPEG if you aren't doing post production right?

I was in Finland, and the country was absolutely incredible. Everything was so pristine, even in Turku and Helsinki. Nantaali was like my dream community on the water. Can't wait to make it back.

Finland was absolutely incredible. The people were very approachable and easy to communicate with even though English is like their third language after Finnish and Swedish. Turku was laid back and felt like SoHo throughout. Helsinki was nice but it felt a lot more "touristy", but if you're spending some time there I'm sure you'd find more native hangouts than the places I visited, which catered to the tourist crowds. If you do make it there for school, I'll be extremely jealous.

My father has had business dealings with a number of people in Finland and he loved the area, so he ended up planning a family vacation there lol. He'd gone to Finland a number of times before and always came back with interesting pictures and stories so it wasn't hard to sell Finland as a vacation destination. Unfortunately I only had a little over a week off from work so we didn't travel to Sweden or Russia.
